Major Giving & Volunteer Success Courses
The Blackbaud Organizational Best Practices curriculum is designed to give nonprofit professionals the knowledge about relevant nonprofit topics they need to be successful. The courses explore strategies, inspire conversation, and help professionals apply industry best practices at their organization.
As the Major Giving course lead and the Leading Volunteers to Success course lead at Blackbaud, I was responsible for course design, curriculum writing, project management, visual design, and SME relationships.
The final product consisted of two different interactive instructor lead three-hour online courses.
